The last time we took Owen to Cap'n Frosty for a chocolate cone, I snapped a picture like this, and 30 seconds later the ice cream was on the pavement. It all made it into his mouth (or onto his clothes) tonight.

It's not the same!

The kids convinced me to make chocolate chip muffins today instead of lemon poppyseed. OK, I agreed. A muffin is a muffin when paired with hot coffee, right?

Does anyone remember that episode of Friends where Rachel gives Joey's stuffed penguin to Emma? And Joey goes out to buy a new one so that he can have his old one back. He tried to convince Rachel and Emma that it was "the same" as the original.

It's been a tiring weekend

It's been a tiring weekend. Can you see how filthy he is, too? I rarely get him from car to couch asleep, but he crashed after a big Target run and is still asleep!
